I’m proud to be part of a family business. My Dad, Norman Nowicki founded his real estate appraisal business in 1962 and he was my mentor and trainer. I am a 2nd generation appraiser now training my daughter as a 3rd generation appraiser. Extensive Experience in San Francisco and Marin.
Extensive Experience in San Francisco, Marin, and Other Bay Area Counties
Because I’ve lived in both of these counties, I have extensive familiarity with the nuances of properties in each of their distinctive neighborhoods, from the Marina to Pacific Heights, SOMA to Twin Peaks, and Sausalito to Novato. I also have many years of experience in San Mateo, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Santa Clara, Alameda, and Contra Costa Counties.
I am an approved Real Estate Appraiser for numerous financial institutions and other service firms because of quick turnaround times, my industry knowledge, and competitive fees.
